1. Choose a Topic

Before you begin to write an article, it’s important for you to choose your topic carefully. Picking a topic is the most difficult part of writing. It’s important to think about what you care about, what others are interested in, and what you’re good at.

You want to choose something that you’re passionate about and that will interest readers, otherwise they’re not going to be drawn in by what you’ve written.
